Aerial Conditioning (level 1+)

Aerial Conditioning is designed to compliment your regular aerial training. This class focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility, as well as giving exercises that can be accomplished at home in order to provide students with tools to become the most well-rounded aerialist possible.

NOTE: This class is by instructor permission only. New students are required to attend Intro to Aerial, or experienced aerialists may contact us for placement.
